Inquiry: You contact us with your request (program, dates, group size, preferences).
Proposal: We prepare a tailored itinerary and quotation.
Agreement: Terms are confirmed, contract signed if needed.
Payment:
- 30% deposit upon confirmation,
- Balance due 7 days before arrival (or by separate agreement).
Execution: We take care of everything on the ground: guides, transport, hotels, activities.
Flexible pricing: rates and itineraries adjusted per request.
No rigid packages: every program is bespoke.
Cancellations: subject to mutual terms in each agreement.
